I went through a lot with my ex-husband, from threats to kill me and my children’s. My two children and I left everything behind and escaped to a shelter for months coma. After the shelter, we didn’t have a place to go, no job, no money, no food. And we were homeless. I found someone that connected me with Heavenly Touch. The staff members of the organization provided clothing, food, hygiene products and paid for my hotel for us to have a place to live, until I was getting back to my feet. My kids are studying with a scholarship on a private Christian Academy thanks to Heavenly Touch and are helping with my immigration paperwork and to find a job. Spiritual and emotional being helped. Today I feel like I can do it, my children are safe, and I have hope for the future.

I am so grateful for all the help from Heavenly Touch. My daughter and I., move from another state in the north of the USA. Looking for a better life and opportunities for our life. But I was unlucky to find a job easily and all the money we had saved was gone in a couple months. We became desperate and homeless; someone connected us with Heavenly Touch. I received counseling, safe housing, clothing, food, personal necessities, and help me to find a job. I had time to regain self-esteem and realize that I had power to make the necessary decisions for my daughter and me to live a better life.

I have three children. Heavenly Touch helped me to save my life from my abuser. The children and I were terrified. I am very sad that we have been forced to leave our home. Heavenly Touch provided US food, clothing and paid a deposit for a mobile home. That they found me and the children to be safe. I am more than grateful they helped me and my kids when we needed them most.
